Return & Refund Policy

To qualify for a return, you must return your item without the original label in the original packaging.


If our customer service team believes that any of the above requirements have not been met, it is up to them to decide whether they are suitable for returns.


If the refund is rejected, your item will be returned to you.


For hygiene reasons, items that are marked as non-refundable (including but not limited to beauty products, hair care products or earrings) will not be returned after opening the package.


Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.
